The property is surrounded by beautiful archipelago nature, rich with wildlife and native plants.
Here, you can enjoy a simple and relaxing summer lifestyle, with an outhouse, outdoor shower and a water tap on the façade connected to your own private well. For swimming, head down to your private bathing and boat dock, located in a sheltered bay just about 250 meters from the cottage. The dock, which has deep water suitable for sailboats at the far end, offers a sunny position and stunning evening sun – perfect for a picnic dinner at sunset!
Close to the dock is a public beach at Tyrislöt Camping, complete with a child-friendly sandy area. The plot is easy to maintain and offer partial privacy, making it easy to unwind and enjoy life in the countryside.
Inside, the cottage features a dining area, living room, and bedroom in an open-plan layout. There is also a small kitchen with standard appliances and a lovely, private veranda. The existing bedroom can easily be divided into two smaller rooms if desired. The living room, located in an extension, has a cozy open fireplace that adds to the cottage charm.
Tyrislöt is serviced by public buses and offers a wide range of activities including swimming, camping, a local shop, archipelago museum, kayak rentals, and even a pub with a pétanque court. There’s also a marina with ferries operated by the Skärgårdslinjen, offering a gateway to explore the surrounding archipelago. In the harbor, you can also purchase both fresh and smoked fish.
