Hovdinge School is located in a rural setting, only 3 km from Ljungby town and 6 km from Lake Bolmen. Gothenburg and Malmö are approximately two hours away by car, with a slightly longer journey to Copenhagen. Spacious villa of 320 square meters divided into two apartments. Bunker which is distributed over two levels of 490 square meters, with common room, kitchen, bar, sleeping areas and hygiene areas. Spa facility complete with barbecue area, kitchen and bar. The owners currently operate rentals and events in the bunker and spa facility. Hovdinge School – The lower floor can be used as two separate homes, which is suitable as a multi-generational residence or income-generating rental. Most of the windows are 1.8 meters high and renovated in original hand-blown glass. The glass veranda with solid oak floor has room for 14 guests. The larger apartment has a kitchen with a dining area, a classroom of approx. 70 m2 with a fireplace, a family room with a tiled stove, two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. The smaller apartment has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom. On the upper floor we find offices with a mezzanine, an altar ring from an old church as a railing. Private suite of approx. 60 sqm which is a tower extension and associated private bathroom, shower with infrared heating, washer & dryer, kitchenette with coffee machine and fridge. The cellar with a working old baking oven, wine storage and room with two geothermal heat pumps. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the separate apartment. The property includes three outbuildings of 125 square meters with a double garage, workshop, storeroom and garden shed. The bunker named \"Lugnet\" was built in 1970 as a command post for the civil defense of type D. Built to protect the civilian management with municipal staff and emergency services who would move their operations down in the facility to be able to control society during war or other crisis situations. It is designed to withstand a direct hit from a 500 kg aerial bomb. The area on the upper floor is about 250 square meters and on the lower floor about 240 square meters. The bunker has alternative heating with an electric cartridge and with a brand new air-water heating fan. The bunker has its own power plant that can supply the entire property. The ventilation is via carbon filters and the bunker is gas tight. The bunker consists of an angled stairwell down to the upper level via various protection zones with, among other things, 8 showers before passing through the airlock and into the upper level, which has a bar, kitchen, storage room, toilet, laundry room and a 100 square meter common room. Lower level has several toilets and showers, sick room, six bedrooms with approx. 26 beds distributed in bunk beds. The barbecue grill- The walls in the barbecue hut are covered with weathered old boards from animal stables and large chandeliers that give a rustic impression. It is equipped with ventilation that is suitable for grilling. Air forcing and smoke evacuation takes place via the 6 meter high chimney. Kitchen & bar- Fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery and restaurant dishwasher. Next to the kitchen you will find the bar with ice machine and double fridges. Spa & relax The luxurious spa area has a bar, relaxation corner and Japanese ablution with shower and cold water barrel. Pull the cord and 36 liters of cold water cools you down and then refills automatically. The Swimspa bath, which dominates the room, runs on rails and, with the help of winches and the push of a wireless button, can be calmly driven out onto the terrace to the starry sky and the large oaks that tower up. The bath has two temperature zones and here you can separately adjust to the desired temperature. The bath is energy efficient to heat even in winter when you can choose to have it indoors. The grill house can be opened up to a single large party room by removing wall sections and moving out the bath. The 4 meter high glass sections overlook the 200 m2 wooden deck but can also protect against the sun with their automatic roller blinds with UV protection.
