Holiday home in Swedish High Coast

With stunning views of Ullångersfjärden is this holiday home. Here you can sit on the glazed patio and look out over the sea, in the middle of the World Heritage High Coast and just enjoy life.
The holiday home offers a living room with a stove and a fully equipped kitchen. On the plot there are in addition to the main building storage spaces.
It is possible to acquire the properties Röksta 7:3, 7:5 & 7:6 in the same deal. These are adjacent to each other and form an area with an area of 9,377 sqm and cover the entire headland in Ullångersfjärden.

In Rödviken you live in the middle of the growing High Coast. Proximity to Skuleberget, Norrfällsviken and Ulvön makes it suitable for both relaxation and activities.

The High Coast has the world's largest land uplift, about 8 mm/year. Since the last ice age, a land uplift of almost 300 meters has made the landscape unique with, among other things, high cliffs. The area has been inhabited for at least 7,000 years.

Högsvedjeberget with its 350 meters at Entré Väst in Skuleskogen National Park is the highest mountain east of the E4 in the High Coast. Nätra mountain forest with its 435 meters with sea views is the highest mountain in the High Coast. The area Skuleskogen and Nätrafjällskog is one of Sweden's snowiest places outside the alpine area.
The High Coast became a World Heritage Site in 2000. In 2006, this World Heritage Site was expanded with the Kvarken archipelago on the Finnish coast of Ostrobothnia and the World Heritage Area is now called the High Coast/Kvarken Archipelago. In recent years, the High Coast together with Gotland has become one of Sweden's fastest growing tourist destinations.Skuleberget, Skuleskogen National Park, Högbonden, Ulvöarna and Trysunda are popular attractions. Hiking also attracts many visitors to the site.
